IN-STORE Purchase Returns
No Returns on bikes that have been sold and clearly ridden by the customer
All deposits for bikes are non refundable
All accessories and clothing that has not been worn or used may be returned within 30 days from purchase(subject to store credit or money back)
Some products are subject for store credit if returned or swapped for the same product (not including bikes) within a reasonable time frame
Items must be returned within 45 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Items that have been installed, used, or are missing original tags are unfortunately not eligible for refunds. Items must be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to evaluate the eligibility of each return based on the condition of the item and the packaging used to return them.
ONLINE Purchase Warranties
Warranties are typically done directly between the purchaser and the manufacturer. If you are having trouble or have questions about a warranty, we are happy to help guide you in the process of filing a claim with the manufacturer.
IN-STORE Purchase Warranties
For any bicycles/select components purchased in the store directly you can bring the item back to the shop and we can do the warranty for you. This warranty process is differs from online purchases.
